Do you sell spares for all manufacturers? Our expertise lies with Hewlett-Packard, Compaq and DEC equipment. However we are happy to source other manufacturers products from our suppliers.
 

How do I place on order?

We will accept your company purchase order, or you may use our Fax Order Form. For more see How To Order.
 
What payments methods do you accept? Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept payment by debit or credit card. However we will accept prepayment prior to release of goods by proforma invoice, BACS, Wire Transfer or 3prime solutions Credit Account. For details see How To Order.
 
What additional charges might I expect to pay? In addition to the basic item price, a charge is also made for delivery. This is shown on your Order Confirmation. See also our Shipping Policy.
 
How do I open a 3prime solutions limited credit account?
 
Simply complete our Online Credit Application, or print our Fax Credit Application if you prefer.
 
What are your delivery options? Most orders are shipped for next day delivery, although other shipping options are available on request. See our Shipping Policy.
 
Do you ship overseas? Yes. We are able to ship to most places around the world. For details see our Shipping Policy and Contact Us to request a quotation.
 
How can I track my order? You will be advised by email when your order is dispatched. All items shipped by 3prime solutions courier can be tracked in transit using Track my order

My goods arrived damaged, what should I do? Firstly, if possible, make a note of any damage when signing for your goods. Then Contact us for advice. Any returned goods should be accompanied by a Warranty Returns Form, available online through our Warranty policy.
 
How do I return goods to you? Firstly Contact us for an RMA number. Your returned goods should be accompanied by a Warranty Returns Form, available online through our Warranty policy.
