Shipping Policy
3prime solutions employ a number of couriers and offer a
variety of shipping options to the UK and abroad. If you have any specific
requirements, please advise us when ordering and we will do our best to meet
your individual needs.
A signature is required for all our deliveries so please
ensure you specify an address at which someone will be present to collect.
Please note that deliveries cannot be made to Post Boxes.
You will be advised by email when your order is
dispatched, and provided with your Purchase Order reference and its
individual tracking number. All our couriers provide a tracking service for
you to keep up to date with your shipment, available on this website through
Track My Order.
On receipt of your goods we request that you inspect
packaging for exterior damage and note these when signing. Photographic
evidence will always assist in the event of a dispute.
Shipping charges are dependant on item and delivery time,
and are shown on your order confirmation, or you may call for details. When
packing items, the protection of goods is prioritised over their dimensional
weight.
If you wish you may use your own courier to ship on your
preferred account. However should any dispute arise concerning payment, in
addition to recovering shipping charges from the customer, we reserve the
right to charge interest on the outstanding balance.
UK Deliveries
Where possible, most orders (received
before 5:00pm GMT) are shipped for next day delivery, subject to payment
terms and prior agreement. Orders received on a Friday are normally
delivered the following Monday. Guaranteed delivery times are available,
subject to courier’s terms and conditions and delivery postcode. If
guaranteed delivery is required, please advise us and we will endeavour to
make the necessary arrangements (additional charges may apply).
Worldwide Deliveries
We use a number of distribution
companies, which allows us to ship to most places around the world. Please
ask for delivery charges. The customer is responsible for any duties,
customs taxes or other additional costs incurred.
